This Pranayama Yoga class designed to balance body and mind through breath. We begin with gentle stretching to prepare the body, move into 30 minutes of guided pranayama techniques to calm and energize, and close with a restful savasana for deep integration. Perfect for reducing stress, improving focus, and restoring inner harmony.
